How We Protect Your Data
Transparency is our core value — here's exactly how Verdikt handles your information.
How Verdikt Works
Verdikt is a signals platform for self-directed investors. We analyze market data daily to assess whether conditions favor entry, exit, or patience for each stock. Verdikt is a risk filter — it helps you time entries more carefully, not predict which stocks will go up. You use these assessments to make your own informed decisions — Verdikt never trades on your behalf.
Read-Only Brokerage Access
Verdikt uses SnapTrade, a regulated financial data intermediary, to connect to your brokerage. SnapTrade acts as a secure bridge — we never directly handle your login credentials.
We never see your brokerage password
SnapTrade handles authentication directly with your broker. Your credentials go straight to your brokerage — Verdikt never receives or stores them.
Read-only access
We can see your positions and balances for analysis — nothing more. We cannot place trades, move money, or modify your account in any way.
Disconnect anytime
Remove brokerage access instantly from your Watchlist page. Once disconnected, we stop syncing your portfolio data immediately.
SnapTrade is SOC 2 compliant
SnapTrade has passed a rigorous third-party security audit. Your credentials are handled by a certified, security-reviewed intermediary.
